Our in-house design team is here to guide you through the process, answering questions and offering insight, so that you can make the best possible decisions for the new space you envision.
We start by listening and asking questions. This gives helps us familiarize ourselves with your style, preferences and goals. Walking through our showroom and slab yard is a great way to get inspired and learn what you do and don’t like. Individual consultations are most productive when clients email plans or sketches ahead of time. We also offer in-home consultations for those wanting to look at all the intricate details of a space for a truly personalized experienced.
Once we understand your project goals and design preferences, we will develop a moodboard. This allows you to visualize how all of the different elements will come together. We encourage our clients to take home samples to see how materials look in the space and lighting of their home. We provide size and trim options, pricing, lead-time and availability information so that you can evaluate all project aspects when making decisions. We offer 3D sketches so that you can visualize the finished product.
It's time to finalize your design. Once you’ve selected materials, we’ll move forward with implementation. This starts by collecting field measurements or working directly with your contractor/installer. We are happy to connect you with tile setters and other professionals to help complete your project. Once estimates are approved, we can order materials and manage the install all the way through to project completion.
